Day 2 of 84 - The Plan
Day 1 was 6 km jog.
Day 2 today was upper body workout followed by 2 km walk.
Not a good idea to workout straight after 4 pm, it's full house at the gym.

Day 1 of 84 - Going Public
After hitting 100 kg mark, I'm embarking a 12 weeks plan to a healthy body. Previous attempts were all failure mainly due to own lack of commitments. Hopefully can stay motivated by blogging about it.
Body stats: Weight 99.5 kg, waist 43.5", chest 41", body fat 27.5%.
On the positive side, I'm halfway on my goal of running/walking 60 km in 12 weeks, so far 30 km in 2 and half weeks. Too conservative on the initial goal? Let's see when it's completed.
