Telecom checked the problem with my ADSL speed and found nothing wrong with the phone line or modem. They said it's because of the wireless router. Bought a 8 port switch and change out some cables, so far so good, it's above 128 kbps.
Managed to upload full collection of the Red Arrows photos in multiply.
